We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the convenient location near Klínovec Ski area and easy walking distance to local restaurants. The hotel facilities were clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with a wide range of choices, and made-to-order hot items like scrambled eggs, pancakes, or griddles were served.
Nothing that we didn't like.

The location was perfect for our New Year break - just a short drive to the ski resort and easy access to other nearby attractions. The friendly staff made our stay even better, they really went above and beyond for us. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a modern bathroom and good storage space.
The breakfast was a little disappointing, with limited choices and sometimes running out of items. the parking situation could be better as we had to leave our car on the street and it was difficult to find a spot at times.

The room was nicely decorated and clean. the breakfast was good, with a range of options including hot dishes. the location was great, just a short walk to local restaurants and bars.
The service was poor. the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful.

Convenient location close to skiing at Klinovec, easy access to nearby restaurants, and proximity to a forest for hiking. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and equipped with necessary amenities. Staff was friendly and responsive. the breakfast was decent, and some reviews mentioned the hotel providing shower gel and other toiletries free of charge.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience. The location was perfect for me as it was close to the spa facilities and shops, yet away from the hustle and bustle of the main traffic areas. The family room that I stayed in was simply arranged, but in a very effective way. The beds were excellent, providing me with a comfortable and restful night's sleep. The hotel was clean and classy, yet still had a warm and inviting feeling, giving it a real "family" atmosphere. The breakfast, although it could have had a bit more variety, was still very good. And I must mention the coffee, it was exceptional.
Highly recommended for families.
